Josh Geiger

Josh is from Alexandria Virginia and studied international relations at Stanford University. Josh spent seven years overseas growing up, three years in Peru and four years in Bolivia. While in school, a Bible study on the life of Jesus changed his life and led him on the path towards ministry. He served as the pastor of Cristo Rey from 2002-2015, pastored Pacific Crossroads Church in Los Angeles from 2015-2017, and is now the Executive Director of Casa del Lago. When asked to describe Casa in one word, Josh couldn’t help himself and said: “a-welcoming-family.” He says of this community, “Hardship has not kept the people of this community from being warm-hearted and friendly, and poverty has not kept them from being generous and open-hearted.” When not at Casa del Lago, Josh can often be found at White Rock Lake coaching for the White Rock Rowing Club or rowing a single.
